Return Policy

We want you to be very happy with your purchase, so we guarantee total customer satisfaction with the items that you purchase at ubxbikes.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept any return item that is in the original condition that it was received from ubxbikes.com – unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging including tags.

You may return merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of the original shipped date during non holiday months (January – October). Purchases made during the holiday months (November – December) will be received until January 31st of the New Year.

Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment for the merchandise total, plus applicable tax . Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless you receive a defective or wrong item. Please use “standard ground” delivery when returning items. Reimbursement will only be made at this rate.

Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.

Extended Holiday Returns Policy

Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant error.



At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you'd like to exchange the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.

If you're ordering a different size of the same item, and the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price. Just let us know by contacting us directly.

Return Instructions

Instructions on how to print a prepaid return label are enclosed with your item. NOTE: Return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If the reason for your return is a result of our error (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, defective merchandise etc.), we will cover the return shipping.

You can pack and send your return in just a few simple steps:

1   Follow the instructions on the packing slip to obtain a return mailing label and return mailing authorization online. If for any reason there are no return instructions enclosed with your order or if you prefer to use your own shipping label, please contact us directly for return authorization and return shipping label.

2   Pack the items and return mailing authorization securely in a box or the package used to deliver the item.

3   Secure the return mailing label to the outside of the box (clear tape is usually best).

4   Drop the package off at your designated carrier's location.

NOTE: Each return mailing label is uniquely assigned to a specific return. In order to ensure that you receive the correct refund, please do not include items from other orders or other shipments in the same box. Every shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

Returning Damaged Merchandise Purchased Online, if your merchandise was damaged in transit or is defective; please contact our Customer Service department to arrange for a replacement.
